Canadian? I assumed this was a Larry the Cable Guy vehicle and was hoping it would fail spectacularly. Same target audience, or will they be turned off by it's non made-in-the-USA-ness?

I don't think it's the same audience. I've heard a lot of comparisons to "My Name is Earl" but I think it may be much funnier than that.
