There are definitely moments when it looks like the people are real people being used as puppets. Their mouths don't move quite right and stuff like that. It also appears as if the animators have never seen an actual horse. But other than that, wow. The monsters, wow. The action, wow. The beard hairs swaying in the wind... WOW!
